(c) we may publish all or part of your details on our on-line supplier database created and maintained by us or on our behalf in connection with the administration, assessment and selection of suppliers for services to Forewind.
(d) to keep confidential all information received by you regarding our business and will not disclose any such information to any third party nor shall you disclose any information to your employees or agents who have no need to know such information.
We agree to process all personal data held by us or on our behalf in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
